Chef Coty leads hands-on Mexican cooking classes in her Playa del Carmen home and culinary school. Choose a one-course class of about three hours or a three-course class of about five hours, with your own station, drinks, recipes, and a tequila and mezcal tasting.

“A elevated culinary experience! Chef Coty is an expert when it comes to Mexican cuisine and tequila/mezcal. I would highly recommend this class to anyone of all skill levels. Not just your typical guac and tacos - we made Timbal of Ceviche, fish and shrimp marinated in banana Achilles wrapped in banana leaves, and flan with cream cheese and amaretto. She had a wonderful assistant that made the experience perfect for learning and focusing on our techniques taught by chef Coty. If you are on the fence between cooking classes, choose this one! She is truly passionate about what she does and it shows. You will not be disappointed.”
