For our 10am tour, we were told to be downstairs by 7:55am but our driver arrived at 8:29am. Our hotel bellboys took the initiative and contacted them on our behalf around 8:15am to which they said they were behind on some of their other pickups, but it’ll be about 13 more minutes before they arrive. “Each activities was shorter than stated. Lots of time wasted at then end just standing around. As others stated, it’s just a pit to spend more money. Four wheeling was probably the only activity that was actually 30 mins long. Horseback riding was MAYBE 10 minutes and the horses are aggressive with each other. My tour was at 9:30am, they picked me up from my hotel at 7:05 and dropped me off at 3:30pm… for a 4 hour activity.”

“Overall, experience was fun, there are fees that could be a slight eye roll. However, riding for 2 hours was a great time. Our private tour was had no regrets and our tour guide did a great job making it fun. The tour guide explains to me and my brother (the guys) that we’re going to have some fun and “normally he gets a tip the same price as the private tour” ($175). I thought that was crazy and he basically switched his mindset to give us a great time but with a price. At the end I’m sorry I didn’t tip him $175, he clearly wasn’t happy about it…”
