For our 10am tour, we were told to be downstairs by 7:55am but our driver arrived at 8:29am. Our hotel bellboys took the initiative and contacted them on our behalf around 8:15am to which they said they were behind on some of their other pickups, but it’ll be about 13 more minutes before they arrive.
